半年前の健診にひっかかり、めでたく（？）
特定保健の指導対象（大賞）に選出され
面接を受けてから１ケ月半が過ぎました。
日々の具体的な目標を設定し、
毎日記録もしています。
生活習慣が改善するように
自我との悪戦苦闘が続いていますが、
残り４ケ月半 ガンバっていきます。
