先日、福島にスパイスカレーを食べに
グーテさんに行って来ました。
わいんと言ってもワインではなく、
日本の出汁とインドのカレーが融合した
美味しいスパイスカレーなのです。
トッピングにも削り節が乗ってあったり
高野豆腐が入ってするのですが、
これが絶妙に合い、感心しました。
今回、パクチーも初めて食べたのですが、
このクセも馴染んで美味しかったです。
又、行きたいと思います。
